YOUR EXPERIENCE

1. PHONE CONSULT

After you've reached out through my contact form, I'll review your notes and book a phone call to get to know each other a little more. This is a great way to ask any questions you might have right off the bat and avoid back and forth emails.

2. IN PERSON MEETING

Depending on the complexity of your session/event, we might meet in person to discuss logistics in greater detail. All weddings require an in-person meeting.

3. THE KIDS

I've worked with kids between newborns, toddlers and pre-schoolers right up until teens. I approach all sessions/events with patience and a smile. It's daunting having a stranger let alone a stranger with a camera come hang out for the day. Please know that there are absolutely no expectations for your kids to be perfect. The moments and photographs will come.

4. THE ADULTS

Documentary photography means I capture the actions, emotions and story of how things are. Please do not feel the need to pose, smile at the camera, tell others to smile at the camera. Please do enjoy your time with your friends and family and trust that I'll be there to capture your session/event in the best way possible.

5. THE BIG REVEAL

Your event/session coverage comes with a reveal session where we'll watch a slideshow of highlights together at my home studio in Burnaby. Come ready to have a beverage and snacks and relive your photographs all over again. During this design session, you'll have a chance to see, touch, flip, caress, hug and gasp at prints, albums, frames and more. You'll also receive a special rate for all purchases made during your design session.

BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE

In order for me to offer the level of quality in service and product, I only take in a handful of sessions and weddings a year. It is important to me that we are a good fit in budget, style and personality and the best way to figure this out is to:

1. Be sure you like the look of photos on my Website. Do check out Instagram for more inspiration.
2. Be sure you're on board with a documentary style of photography. Do check out Why Documentary.

With the majority of weddings/events being on evenings and weekends, do reach out as soon as you have those butterflies of excitement in your belly about your photographs. This way, I can block the dates for you while we figure out how I can help capture your event or family.
