I was super excited when the Lams reached out to ask me to shoot a Day in the Life Session for them. On the agenda for our fun filled Saturday was to kick off the day with instant noodles, spam and a soft egg. Pretty sure they read my mind and knew this was one of my favorite meals. For those of you who are just cringing at the thought of eating this high sodium breakfast, I wish I could help you understand why this is so special. I also wouldn’t recommend having it every day! But today was special. After slurping down our breakfast, of course, we needed to burn it off – some of it at least. I was outfitted with a bike and helmet and off we went en route to the neighborhood playground! You’ll notice a theme going on here as little Belle is currently potty training!
After our bike ride, we retired back home for a nap – even I needed one having been up and running at 7:00am. The Lam are early birds!! Next on the list was lunch at Myst. My crispy salty peppery chicken with curry on rice was delish! Belle devoured her bowl of congee and had so much fun eating noodles with mom. This 2-year-old can eat!
Our last activity of the day was a mini trip to IKEA because who doesn’t love to spend a couple hour at IKEA looking at all the things that could potentially fill your home!
